SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates, Estimates, and Transit Times

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your customer address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

We proudly use Australia Post for our domestic deliveries and offer the following services. Please note that the transit times below are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your exact location within Australia:

Parcel Post (Standard Delivery): Estimated 2 to 6 business days.
Express Post (Expedited Delivery): Estimated 1 to 3 business days.

Please note: A flat packaging and handling fee of $1.50 is applied to all shipped orders. Feel free to contact us for a freight quote via another freight company.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2/18-20 Bond Street Mordialloc VIC 3195. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Please contact us for all international shipping quotes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@australianwheelandcastors.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
